Frequently asked questions
Aqualibi: Entry Ticket – how do I book?
Select a date in the calendar. If specific times are available for that date, select a time as well, then choose the appropriate ticket types and quantities. Depending on the offer, you may also need to select a guide or audio guide language. The system will display any additional requirements and messages. Once all required options are selected correctly, the button to continue to the next booking step will become active.
Aqualibi: Entry Ticket – are the displayed prices current?
Yes. Available dates and prices are retrieved when you check the offer. The price may depend on the date, time, selected option and ticket type, such as adult or child. Some prices may be dynamic and can change slightly before the booking is completed. The current price is always confirmed before payment.
Are child tickets or other age categories available?
Available ticket types depend on the specific offer and date. After selecting a date, the system will show available categories with prices and, where provided, age requirements. For some offers, a child ticket can only be booked together with an adult ticket. If so, the system will display the appropriate message.
Why can’t I continue to the next booking step?
The continue button becomes active once all required options have been selected correctly. Check the date, any required time, ticket types and quantities and, where applicable, the guide or audio guide language. The system will display a message if an option is missing or if a selected ticket must be combined with another ticket type.
Is my selected date available?
Bileo retrieves available dates when you check the offer. After selecting a date, available times, options and ticket types may also appear. If there is no availability for the selected date, the system will display a message.
Aqualibi: Entry Ticket – should I book in advance?
If you need a specific date, time or option, it is worth checking availability in advance. The number of places, available ticket types and prices may change depending on the date.
Do I need to print the ticket?
No. This offer supports a smartphone ticket, so printing is not required. Detailed instructions will be provided after booking.
Can I cancel the booking?
